Shipped in sustainable paper grass cardboard, wrapped in 100% recycled tissue paper. All packaging materials are fully recyclable.

Once your order is on its way to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

Worldwide shipping (due to current logistical restrictions, we are temporarily unable to ship orders to the US and Puerto Rico)

Shipping costs include the currently applicable VAT

Germany: free shipping

EU and Switzerland: €15.00 flat rate - We offer free shipping on orders over €129.00.

International: €30.00 flat rate - We offer free shipping on orders over €250.00.

For shipments to non-European countries, customs duties and import taxes may also be levied on orders above a certain value.

Returns You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt.

We will cover the return shipping costs within Germany. To receive a return label, please send us an email with your order number and contact details. We will get back to you with further instructions.

Conditions for returns: All items must be returned to us in an undamaged, clean, and unwashed condition. We do not cover return shipping costs for returns from the EU and internationally.

Returns

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt and return it to us. Lama Designs does not cover the cost of your return shipment.
